KAJIAN PERTUMBUHAN STEK TANAMAN LADA (Piper nigrum L) DENGAN PEMBERIAN AUKSIN ALAMI DAN KOMBINASI MEDIA TANAM

Pemanfaatan Auksin alami yang dikombinasi dengan media tanam pada stek tanaman Lada (Piper nigrum L) tujuannya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan stek. Penelitian telah dilakuan di Taba Penajung Bengkulu Tengah bulan Oktober 2019 hingga Januari 2020 menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial. Faktor pertama (F) 4 taraf : F0 (Kontrol), F1 (15cc/l air), F2 (30cc/l F3 (45cc/l sedangkan kedua Media Tanam(M) M0 (Kontrol) Tanah, M1 (2:1) tanah dicampur Pupuk Kandang Sekam Padi, M2 (1:1) masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Hasil data dianalisis Analisis Sidik Ragam (ANOVA) dilakukan uji lanjut Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) 5 %. penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh pemberian berpengaruh nyata terhadap Panjang Tunas, Jumlah Daun, Akar dan Lada,  Daun interaksi antara tersebut tunas L).Kata kunci Stek auksin alami, pupuk kandang, sekam padi.
